		<description>I just found your webpage while doing a search on milk doors, of all things.

My wife and I also live in Phoenix, in a house that was built right after WWII. We are in the middle of a pretty major renovation, and the only bank we could find that still does renovation loans is Wells Fargo, so I thought I&#039;d mention them as a potential candidate for you. They were a bit difficult to work with at first, since our property appraisal came in lower than we wanted, but once we revised our budget and got started everything has been going amazingly well with them.
